I've applied the XP Luna skin for the start menu, but it does not apply. What can I do to make this work?

I did use the suggested Google search term, but didn't find anything relevant.

To switch to the Luna skin, you need to choose Classic style or Classic with two columns style, then go to the Skins tab and choose 'Windows XP Luna' from the dropdown. Then click OK. Does that not work?

Which OS are you on and are you running the latest version of Classic Shell? It may be that the Windows 7 menu is opening instead of the Classic one, if you are on Windows 7. From the Controls tab in Classic Start Menu settings, make sure that "Left click opens" and "Windows Key opens" are both set to open Classic Start Menu.

My mistake, I was using "Show All Options". I believe I changed the skin for All Programs instead of Skin. I came to this conclusion by using the basic/fewer options and noticed the Skin tab was set to Aero.
