I do not care for the Classic Shell program, so I would like to uninstall it. I found uninstall insturctions and followed them, however, I get the error message when I try to uninstall the program "Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable." How do I solve this problem?

I am not familiar with that error message, but a quick search finds this KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2564571
See if the instructions there work for you.

Another potential solution is listed here: http://files.zend.com/help/Zend-Server- ... _error.htm
Basically you can run the installer with a specific location for the log file as instructed here: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#install_commands
