I have a lot of programs and eventually the Classic Shell menu fills up and reaches the top of screen. It appears I can no longer add programs. Can a scroll feature be added so I can keep adding programs to the menu and simply scroll if there is more than the screen height allows?

Thanks

The Classic style has scrolling, because that's how the Classic menu worked in old versions of Windows (XP and older). The Windows 7 style doesn't have scrolling, because that's how it worked in Windows 7.
