Is it possible to install and use "classic shell" start menu, etc., on cellphone (smart phones - such as "Windows Phone")? I have Windows 10 on my "Alcatel" device and would like to be able to set it up as I have on my PC.

Windows Phone or Windows 10 Mobile only run on ARM platform, not x86 CPUs from Intel. So it won't be possible for Classic Shell to run on these systems. Besides, isn't an app store the only way to put apps on these mobile phone systems? Lastly, the user interface of Classic Shell isn't optimized for such extremely small screen sizes like a phone. Even if it runs, it will be practically unusable.
