When I move "Documents" to new location (picture1),
then in 1511 OS, Documents are displayed correctly,
but in 14322 OS, Documents are not displayed at all.
The same is valid for "Music", "Pictures" and "Videos"
for all versions of RedStone OS's. Only "Favorites" are
displayed correctly in all Win10 versions!

I don't know if it is different in RedStone.
It is possible your libraries got corrupted.
Open Explorer, then on the left side find Libraries. Check if you have Documents, Music, and such, and if not, right-click on Libraries and select "Restore default libraries".
If even that doesn't work, go to the Customize Start Menu page in Start Menu Settings and change "Documents library" to "My Documents".

Ivo, thank you very much.

As you can see on picture 1 everything is OK in Explorer.
In Settings there is no possibility to change "Documents library" to "My Documents" (picture2).
I have changed it to "D:\" where are "My Documents" (picture 3), and then changed Label to "Documents" (picture 4).
The only remaining problem is the "Documents" icon which I could not change.

During testing, I discovered that "Start Menu" button is not working?!

The "D:\" in your list is the Documents item. The settings display the current name of the folder, which in your case is "D:\".
You should be able to change the icon if you double-click on the Icon column and edit the item's settings.
The start menu is not working on Insider builds. It will be fixed in a later version.
