i'm using win10

When i loaded a custom start button the start button disappeared. It seems to be the left of screen becasue I can still access start by the pointing mouse in corner and left clicking but when i try to right click to open setting, i cant get in, either to disable or adjust it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and still have same issue.

You can open the Settings from C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\Start Menu Settings. Maybe you set the button size to very low value like 1 or less than 10?

The button image you use must have 3 image states like this:

i just reinstalled...will try again. i downloaded win7 button and it had 3 states but ill try again

Check the "Button size" setting on the "Start Button" tab. The Style tab doesn't have the size setting.
