Classic Start Menu cannot seem to recognize the skins. The skins are in the location: C:/Program Files/Classic Shell/Skins (and Classic Start Menu.exe is in the Classic Shell folder. In the settings dialog, it does not have any skins listen in the "Skin" tab, and when I click on The included Windows XP/7/Classic menu on the "Start Menu Style" tab, and then click the start button, a balloon shows up saying "Skin Error, Error loading C:/Program Files/Classic Shell/.. /Skins/[Theme Name].skin. The system cannot find the file specified"

It may be necessary to note that I am using the Windows RT (Jailbroken) version of Classic Start Menu.

The start menu works, it just shows a bland "Right Click menu styled" start menu.

Thanks!

Looks like you are using the Release build configuration instead of Setup. Compile it again using Setup.

Unfortunately, I cannot compile ARM apps (I need Windows 8 Pro and VS Ultimate).

It's not much use trying to contact the XDA Developers (the people who are compiling and organizing the Windows RT Jailbreak) because they tend to ignore any messages that you send them. So I guess that anyone with Windows RT will have to just accept the skinless start menu.

Thank you for the help!

Well, shame on them for distributing broken software :)
The main difference between Release and Setup is that the Release version looks for the skins and the doc files in the parent folder. So if you move your Skins folder directly under Program Files, it might work.
