Hi!
Is there a way to display Username (login) under user picture? Could not find this option anywhere...

It will be under the 'skin' tab IF the particular skin has it (all the default ones do, and most custom ones as well)

In Windows 7 style, for the default skins, you can set "User files" to "Display as a link/menu" from Customize Start Menu tab of Settings. But the user name won't show with a fancy font or larger size.

In the Classic styles, there is an option on the Skin tab for some skins to "Show user name" but in most cases, it gets truncated if the user picture is also turned on except for the Windows XP Luna skin which shows the user name without truncating it. We need some skin mods for the Windows Aero, Windows 8 and Metro skins that show the user name and the user picture like the way Windows 10 menu shows it:
