My PC has 4 monitors in extended mode. On Windows 7, the Classic Shell toolbar appears only on the main monitor; the others have no toolbar.
On Windows 10, the Classic Shell toolbar appears on every monitor, which seems like a bug.

Right click the start button, go to settings click the search box, and type 'show on' then uncheck 'show on all taskbars'

@stanralph, Are you talking about the Windows Taskbar or the Explorer toolbar? :) The Taskbar is part of Windows, not Classic Shell. Windows 10 (and 8) has multi-monitor taskbar which can be turned off by right clicking Taskbar -> Properties.

As for the Classic Shell toolbar, I think it's up to to Explorer to decide which addon toolbars to enable per monitor.

Oh the task bar.. Yea that's a windows 10 feature, not part of classic shell:

Right click the task-bar, and select properties.
It will be the bottom category labeled 'multiple displays'

Personally I like showing it on all displays, with my duel monitor setup. (but only if the option 'Show taskbar buttons on: Taskbar where window is open' is selected)
