Hello guys,

We are using Classic shell for our users.
But now they complaining that when they click the start menu that when going over -All Programs- it behaves as mouse over.

We are using GPO for setting user settings.

Direct on the server we can change settings and they work.

But when we set "hover delay (For All Programs in Windows 7)
and Delay multiplier and stuff to 9999 the users experience no difference

Looks like half of the policy works and the mouse over settings not...

Is there a sollution?

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it on the affected machine and send me the log file.

I notice two things:
1) The "Hover delay (For All Programs in Windows 7)" only applies to the Windows 7 start menu. You can see in the Requirements section it says "Requires Windows 7". You are on 8.1, so the setting doesn't apply to you

2) You need the setting "Delay multiplier for the All Programs button (%)". You have it set to 9999, however the state is "Locked to default". This state ignores the entered value and uses the default setting of 200. You need to change it to "Locked to this value".
