While using Classic Shell, if I have 2 or 3 programs open, how can I get back to my Desktop (not Windows 8 Desktop) without minimizing everything. There must be a shortcut that I don't know about. I hope I'm in the right forum....HELP!

If you are in Metro mode, you can get to the desktop with Win+D.

Another option for mouse users is to click in the far corner of the Taskbar where the clock is. It's the same as Win+D.
