Is it possible to add an option to remove the "Auto Arrange" option from the context menu? There is already a relative option: Enable New Folder and New Shortcut.

Do you object to users turning on Auto Arrange, or to them rearranging the menu at all?

The original context menu contained just the "Sort by name" option, like the one in my XP system (attached).
What I'm trying to do is replicate the original functionality...

The Sort by Name functionality is there, but there is more, because Classic Shell has more features. Are you trying to remove the extra menu item just because, or for some security concern?

No security concern.
Actually, I have a question: What is the point of having a separate Auto-Arrange setting for each popup menu and not a single one, in the settings dialog?

Auto-arrange means - "from now on, always sort the items alphabetically". It is different from "Sort by Name" because that would only sort once and then append new items at the end.
It is a per-folder setting because you may want different folders to be arranged differently.
