 Post subject: win 10 processing speed

I have dial up internet (dsl not available). Does using classic shell effect the speed of processing in win. 10 using chrome or edge?

Classic Shell has no effect on Chrome or Edge. It only works with Internet Explorer.

And even then it doesn't effect page load times. The only thing it might slow down is the time it takes IE to start up.
