Here is a Classic Metro skin variation that has a white submenu option.
Some of the white submenu parts and text were borrowed from the Windows 8 skin

As usual, just put the file in the folder C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\Skins or C:\Program Files\Open-Shell\Skins

EDIT: I changed the skin to rev B
The white submenu has lighter separator lines
This skin was actually just an experiment to help out someone on Gitter-Open Shell,
but did not work out.
The added thicker submenu border option might look ok for High dpi displays though.
