A new update being tested to Open Shell fixes the broken Settings search on Windows 10 clean installs (1803 and above). It was broken so nothing from Settings pages showed up in the Start Menu search results after Version 1709 where it last worked. Upgrade installations were not affected.
Currently, all the Settings icons are white though so they don't show yet on white submenus (the dev is aware of this but doesn't know how to change them to the accent color).
