No extensive testing Version 1709; but initially it seems to work for me; without needing to reinstall (it will prompt to 'reconfigure' classic shell) |

You can add any progams/files you want right to a CD or dvd, and open it just like it were a folder on your other PC... Though I would recommend using a flash drive if you have one.. (they are pretty cheap online to), its faster and considerably more re-writable, and virtually all computers have a USB |

Both will be available; to see kerrigan you just gotta disable the user image. If someone really wants both, I might have to just add a 3rd option that is similar to the mockup i did (with 'john smith' as username) |

Update: with user-image implemented 2 issues: 1. Don't know how to align user image to the left side of the second column (so for now its just 'aligned' to the current width of my menu) 2. Having issue with the user-image mask (to make the user image round) |

I just kinda stopped working on it :P (Im not a personal fan of themed start menu's, I did this to test the limits of CSM) the latest version (zergmetal3.skin) should be attached to one of the post. Yes; sounds like an issue with the creators update, try sfc /scannow (with admin level command prompt) and see if it fixes the problem, otherwise you might need to do a fresh install (luckily windows 10 makes this painless, unluckily, since its so unstable you may need it alot) |

Yours is still 27 pixels wide, however it has blue lines to the left of the 'windows 98 text' thus we change the numbers: from Main_bitmap_slices_X=21,1,1,0,1,3 to Main_bitmap_slices_X=22,1,1,0,1,2 Y slices really don't matter in this case because we still have 3 pixels on top, and on bottom for you... |

I dont, this is by design IMO, its not hard to add 1% opacity to a button. and this way you can still have easy access to the win X menu by right clicking the corner, and the CSM context by clicking on the button itself but of-course a checkbox in the settings would be acceptable |

I would agree with you, except on fringe cases.. (256 mb of ram on a windows xp machine for example.. where even the use of a desktop background can make a difference...) but his question was 'any RAM at all?" which the leads me to believe this may be one of those fringe cases. |

Classic shell 4.3 does have taskbar skinning features, that you should be able to use to replicate the same look? maybe you can use classic shell for skinning the taskbar. and windowblinds for everything outside the taskbar/startmenu? Id imagine this is low on IVO's priority list because of that. |

This has been reported many times (I've even experienced it myself in the past), sadly IVO hasn't found the root cause. try changing the display mode to/from windowed(no-border) in the game. or minimizing/re-maximizing. those usually work as a temporary fix. |
