Strange, I resetted all the options to be sure but it still happens,
There's no problem in 3.6.8

Hi, there's a small bug in 3.9.3 (and 3.9.0 at least) in windows 8 using classic skin when you click the start button first it's ok but if you close the menu and open again the padding is missing (left is first open, right is second open) : http://img571.imageshack.us/img571/2331/n6ce.jpg
