I have 4.2.5 installed. Usually i was installing newer version on top of the current one (preserving settings). This time it shows me an error that application is already installed. I suppose 4.2.5c is the same and just the installer is somewhat updated? Although, when i launch 4.2.5 installer it doesn't show such error. Windows 7 Pro x64 EN

That's normal. You only need version 4.2.5c if the current version 4.2.5 is giving you security problems. Aside from the digital certificate, the versions are identical.
It you really want to upgrade, uninstall 4.2.5 manually and then install the new version.
