With ClassicShell installed (Classic StartMenu only), startup apps are delayed by about 60 seconds. Uninstalling classic shell eliminates this 60 second delay. Are there any options I can adjust to compensate for this?

How do those apps start? From the Task Scheduler, the Startup folder, or from the Run registry key?

Thanks for the quick reply! The app specifically I am looking to get starting quicker is CitrixReceiver. The app startup is triggered under the Shell:Startup directory. Once the tray icon is loaded, an ICA file that is loaded via Shell:Startup Common can fire off and create a Citrix session.
