Beta Windows 10 Build 10074 Latest Build: I have worked as a beta tester for 20 years.
At present, installing Shell 4.2.1 Works without any major issues, except:
At the bottom of the menu is [All Apps] THIS IS BLANK. (Empty]
App tiles are present on the desktop, added some more, still [All Aps] is Still Blank. (EMPTY0
This is a suggestion.

Thanks, and this bug has been confirmed already

It will be fixed after Windows 10 is finalized (since it might just break again)
