Ok two things I can't figure out. I know how to add "Downloads" to the start menu in Classic Style but when I do this it makes it a menu, I want to be able to click "Downloads" and it load in a new window. Second I want to hide the "Apps" menu that is underneath the "Programs" menu.

To make the Downloads a simple link, check the "Don't expand" setting for that menu item.

To remove the Apps menu item, simply delete it.

You need to delete Apps from the "Customize Start Menu" tab - the same place you are adding the Downloads folder.
Either right-click -> Delete Item, or select and press Del, or simply drag it away.
