The custom Start Menu skin I'm working on is using a solid colored frame instead of bitmaps, and I'd like it to have a single pixel frame in a slightly darker color.
The "Main_thin_frame" setting seems perfect, but I've not been able to figure out how to change its color.

Is it even possible?

No, this is the system window border. If you want to control the color you need to use a bitmap and change the opacity to "region".
