I have a profile using ClassicMenu that is set up exactly the way I like it, including the menu entries themselves. I would like to clone it into another profile on the same machine. I have cloned the settings subkey in the registry, which is a good start, but now I would like to clone all the entries etc. Is this possible? I see that there is a db file in the appdata folder -- can I simply copy this from one to the other?

Thank you very much!!!

P.S. I ***love*** classic shell and am a donor :)

The recommended way to copy settings is using an XML file.
The contents of the start menu are shortcuts that are stored in the Start Menu folders. It is not recommended to copy shortcuts because they may point to software that is not installed or may be installed in another location.

Yes. Click the Backup button in Settings, click export. Log in to the other account and import using the Backup button. You *can* export the contents of HKCU\Software\IvoSoft\ClassicStartMenu\Settings and double click inside another account to merge it.
