I am used to have several toolbars with icons of my many applications.
I place them stacked vertically along the tasks bar.
Each time I reboot, one of the toolbars gets unstacked and placed above the notification zone (see pictures).
This occurs even when "Lock all taskbars" is on.

I am using Classic Start Menu 4.3.0 and this already occurred with previous versions.
Also, this happens on various machines, either with Windows 8 or Windows 10.

Is there something I do wrong ? Or may it be due to some bug ?

Thank you for your help.

Does this happen if Classic Shell is not installed?

Shame on me !
I did'nt think the problem could be on Windows' side.
Yes. This happens even when Classic Shell has been removed.
It is a Windows bug.
Looking though forums, it appears that many others do have the same issue, and no solution.

Thank you for the comment.
