Apologies if this has already been covered. I couldn't find an answer when searching, other than talk about the Action Center/Network windows being a mess in Windows 10.

I use a 3 screen layout with the task bar in the center screen, and since upgrading to Windows 10 I've been annoyed that the Start Menu appears on the left screen. I've only recently found out about Classic Shell to fix the problem. This software has worked perfectly for that particular issue, and subsequently opened my eyes to a world of customization with the start menu and task bar (thanks for that!)

But, the other problem is that the Action Center, Volume, Network, and Calendar menus open on the far right screen. Is there a fix for this so I can make these windows pop up with the task bar in the center screen? Or is it hopeless?

You could try reverting to the classic versions of these applets using Winaero Tweaker: http://winaero.com/download.php?view.1796 Maybe only the Metro versions open on the far right monitor. In general, placement of various windows and flyouts is very poor in Windows with multiple monitors. It should open where the mouse pointer is but it doesn't. I use this software to automatically move windows to the monitor with the mouse: http://www.actualtools.com/multiplemonitors/
