Hello, we have installed the latest updates for Windows 2012 R2 and have started getting a black screen when logging in via RDP session.

This happens intermittently and to some servers. WE installed the latest version of the software on Sunday and have seen no change.

Do you have any possible fixes for this?

Are you sure the black screen is related to Classic Shell?
Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it, save a log file, and send it to me
