Hi there. I finally made the upgrade to 10 and whew, I didn't know my sensibilities re: start menu layout could even be so offended. So naturally I found Classic Shell and downloaded it immediately. Parts of it work just find, like it adjusts the theme on my taskbar, and I can replace the start menu button, but the start menu itself remains as that ugly Windows 10 tile crap. I already went through the basic troubleshooting-- I opened IE (via Microsoft Edge, ugh) and went to tools and allowed 3rd party extensions, and I also ensured that it was enabled in the Manage Add-Ons window, still no luck. When I right-click the start button, "Classic Start Menu" is greyed out. I've posted a screenshot of what I'm seeing. Much thanks in advance for any suggestions.
