Your Classic Shell icon cache might be corrupted. Go to %localappdata%\ClassicShell\ (C:\Users\<Your user name>\AppData\Local\ClassicShell) and delete DataCache.db. Sign out and sign in again and the white icons should be fixed.

Nope, everything still looks like before I removed DataCache.db.

Did you log out of your Windows account and log in again after deleting DataCache.db? Another thing you can try is run this tool from the attached ZIP file:

If you go to the CFG folder in Explorer, do you see the icons correctly?

When I rename any "white" shortcut icon becomes correct in menu. When I rename one more time and back to previous name icon is "white" again.

Try deleting the %LOCALAPPDATA%\ClassicShell\DataCache.db file again, however first exit the start menu - right-click on the start button, then Exit.
After you delete the cache file run the start menu from C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\ClassicStartMenu.exe

@Banditek, can it be possible that you may have deleted DataCache.db at %AppData%\ClassicShell (C:\Users\<USER NAME>\AppData\Roaming\ClassicShell) and not %LocalAppData%\ClassicShell (C:\Users\<USER NAME>\AppData\Local\ClassicShell)?

Nope, it's not possible. I've done this step one more time today. New DataCache.db was created but icons still are white.

1. Btw when I put new shortcut in folders with white icons, new shortcut icon is ok.
2. When I move any white shortcut to dekstop icon is ok, but when I move back to menu is white.
3. When I rename white any white shortcut icon is ok. When I back to old name is white.

Forgive me my english please, Everything is clear?
