I would like to remove the Setting option under the Apps folder in the menu as shown. Can any on help?

That's not possible as of Classic Shell 4.2.5. You can hide the Apps menu entirely but not specific apps from it.

I would be just as happy removing the entire Apps menu Item. How could I do this?

Go to Main Menu tab in Start Menu Settings and uncheck "Show Metro apps" under "All Programs style".

If you have removed Metro apps, you can also remove:

However, when a major update to Windows 10 is released, all the built-in apps are restored and many settings gets reset to defaults.
