Hmmm...When I click the start button in classicshell (win10) the start menu opens and stays open. Sometime it will stay open even if I switch to focus on the desktop. I have to click the start button again for it to collapse. Is this a bug or by design? Seems not to be the design of typical windows and maybe should be re-examined in future releases if intended originally by design?

Thanks

Check if the "Shift" key on your keyboard is stuck in the pressed state. The Classic Start Menu stays open if Shift is pressed.

The intended behavior is that the start menu will close when it gets deactivated. If this doesn't happen, the usual problem is that it doesn't activate in the first place. This is usually a problem when you use the Hover setting. That's because Windows purposefully prevents programs from taking focus without a mouse click.

Check your Control settings and make sure the Hover is not set to open the start menu.

Ya, Hover was on. But I still need to click a second time for start menu to close. Normal?
