Classic Start Menu looks into this folder already when you perform a search.
You can add it to the menu yourself if you want. Add a Custom item from Customize Start Menu tab and in the LINK field, specify: shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
But it will be a long menu to scroll through. If you don't want to add it as a cascading menu, but instead as a link that opens in Explorer, then choose "Don't expand" option (Classic styles of the menu) or "Display as a link (Windows 7 style).
