Good afternoon.

I just installed classic shell onto a 64 bit win 8.1 machine. It probably has over 100 programs installed on it but when i look at the All Programs it only shows metro aps and nothing else. It shows the folder for Microsoft office 2013 - also installed but the folder is empty when i go to it - no word or excel or anything. See below.

I have played with the settings and reboot the machine at least twice but it just can't seem to find the 100 or so other programs installed on my machine.

Please could someone tell me how to fix this

Dave

Download the Classic Shell Utility from here: http://www.classicshell.net/downloads/
Run it and send me the log file.

The start menu shows the combined contents of these two folders:
C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Double-check if there are any program shortcuts there. And if there are, check if they are not hidden.
