I've never used this forum before so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong section. I have aero skin selected and for some reason when I open any window the bar at the top is completely black. How can I change this? if you look at the top of the image you can see what I mean.

right click your desktop, go to personalize, click color
change it from black.

This should work, however if it doesnt, you may need to change themes, as some have the color hardcoded in, though this is unlikely
