Sure. 1. Right click the Start button, Settings. 2. Enable All Settings radio button. 3. Then click on Customize Start Menu tab. 4. In the right column on Customize Start Menu tab, scroll all the way down and locate "Custom Command". Double click it. 5. That will add it to the left column. Position it where you want (for example below DocumentsItem) by dragging it in the left column. 6. To identify it, give it an optional name like AdminToolsItem. This is optional however. Now double click the item. 7. In the Link field dropdown of "Edit Menu Item" dialog, choose Administrative Tools. 8. Choose an icon if you want: imageres.dll, 114 and click OK twice.
