I have Classic Start Menu 4.0.4 on Windows 8.1 x64. With Windows 7, when you set the max recent programs, the menu always opens up to that size even if you don't have that many programs remembered.
In CSM, I set the "Max Recent Programs" to 20 but my menu still opens up small. I have a 1920x1080 screen so I know the menu should fit.
What option do I change to get the menu to open up to full size ?
TIA

If you are using the Windows 7 style of the Start Menu, look for a setting called "Minimum menu height" on the Main Menu tab. You can also type: "height" (without the quotes) into the search box to find it.
