| Post subject: | MS Internet Explorer won't stay where I put it |
I am running IE 11 on Windows 8.1. I like to have my Internet Explorer on the right side of the screen leaving the icons visible on the left. But about 1 in 3 times of restarting IE starts up on the left side. It also sometimes says Internet Explorer was not properly shutdown and do I want to restore the last session. I don't know if this is Classic Shell or another problem. Thanks, Loir |

Classic Shell has no control over the position of IE. To verify that you can temporarily uninstall it, or disable it in the addon settings. |

Classic Shell only restores the page title and status bar elements to Internet Explorer. It does not affect IE's functionality in any other way. |
