Post subject:  Duplicate Highlights - Main Window & Navigation Pane
Many times, when I'm clicking frequently on Folders/Files in Main Window & Navigation Pane, I get duplicate:
In Navigation Pane - Blue Highlight
In Main window - Folder/File is checked (by V)

In this duplicate situation, many times I was thinking I'm going to delete a folder/file in main window, but indeed I was deleted the Parent Folder highlighted in Navigation Pane.

Can it be fixed?

Is http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2653385 this bug you are describing? It has a hotfix available. But not fixed for Windows 8.

This hotfix needs improvement.
After clicking in navigation pane, there is still file/folder checked by V in main window.
Problem can occur when arrow is accidentally hovering on this checked Folder/file so then it is blue highlighted and also checked by V.
