After installing new cumulative update KB3185611 on Windows 10 x64 build 10240 toolbar of Classic Explorer with all Copy To/Move To etc. buttons disappeared. Classic Start Menu and Classic IE features are in place.
I tried to change set of buttons, tried to reinstall Classic Shell, but they don't appear anymore.

Check if the update disabled the Classic Shell addons: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_toolbar
