Classic Shell is just a Start Menu and some Explorer addins to restore functionality which Windows 7 and Windows 8 removed. I don't know what email or drag and drop related functionality was removed in Windows 10. Are you referring to the Start Menu or Explorer? Outside of these, Classic Shell doesn't change anything else. In Explorer, it only affects very specific functionality.

I am a Windows enthusiast and helped a little with Classic Shell's testing and usability/UX feedback.
