Whenever I'm in a program and want File/Open, my cursor goes to the bottom of Quick Access in Win 10 when I would like it to start at the top where all my favorites are. When using File/Save As, the cursor tends to land in the middle of Quick Access. Is there a setting somewhere to direct the cursor to land at the top when I'm doing any operation that involves File Explorer? Many Thanks. |

This is a Windows bug/usability issue of Open/Save dialog boxes that fails to focus on the top item of the navigation (left) pane. Classic Shell cannot fix it because every open/save dialog belongs to the application's process. |
