Hi all, I've been using Classic Explorer for a while, and I recently had to perform a reset of Windows Explorer to solve an issue with another program. After resetting it, the Classic Explorer toolbar and all the nice things it does are gone. I tried re-installing it, it shows up in the Programs list, but not in the Windows Explorer windows. What cna I do? Any ideas? Thank you, Guido |

What OS are you running, and the start menu is present but not the explorer toolbar correct? Try right clicking where it should be and checking "Classic Explorer bar" If on windows 8/8.1 you might have to go to the view>Options menu on the new Ribbon UI http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer |

Classic IE disappear frequently, I have nice row of favorites on the bar, on win restart (and some other things, do not know what) the favorites bar disappear. clicking classic IE in the MS miracle tile collection reestablishes what I have in the favorites bar |

I'm running Win 7 64 bit. When I open Windows Explorer and I right-click on the menu where the toolbar should be, a small pop-up menu opens. It shows Classic Explorer Bar and Lock toolbars, but the Classic Explorer text is grayed-out and not-clickable. |

As mentioned by Jcee above, follow the steps here: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer |
