It would require coding an entirely new explorer; or hooking. Both are a lot of work, and potentially buggy. Classic shells primary focus is the start menu, though if at some point Ivo decides to re-expand his focus, this option will likely be considered (and it has been asked before)
No no there is already a program made with the opensource tool zerodump that disables the adressbar and the buttons on classic explorer can be configured left right up etc so the only thing classicexplorer needs to add is a custom adressbar to the classic explorer settings and maybe offer a reghack to disable the adressbar that way we can have everything nice and clean on the menu bar without all the clutter (assuming we disabled folderband in shellstyle.dll with reshacker)
