anyone know how to edit the Save Dialog box?

I'd like to customize columns, View, etc...

and Is there anyway to get QTtab & Classic Shel Buttons & Toolbars to show up during that Save dialog Explorer?

although I think that part is controlled via comctl32 which would require hacking or patching ?

unless you made a whitelist.. where the users could choose which apps for it to work on, and it only defaults to apps you know work :P
but thats alot of work just to add the up arrow... XD
