isn't there up button at 'browse window', or am i doing something wrong when installing ?
or is it not possible to make it available?

The Up button is only available in Explorer: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_saveas |

Yes it is right only Explorer support Up button feature. But can’t we manually embed this feature in Mozila? |

No it is up to third party app developers to modify their file dialogs. |
