Is it possible to also make classic tree style in the file picker dialog?

It is not safe to do any modifications to the file picker dialogs. Here's why: http://www.classicshell.net/faq/#explorer_saveas

I would be OK if all Win7-style file save dialogs were replaced with an XP-style (which is included in Win7) and Win7-style totally deleted from the system.

Not possible for the same reason mentioned above. The dialogs show as part of the third party application's process, not as part of Explorer.exe.
