I am running Classic Shell on Windows 7 (64-bit) computer. I can not figure out how to get the Windows Photo Viewer to work as a custom button on the toolbar.
I've tried every combination I can think of, but no luck.
I know the photo viewer is a DLL, so I've tried rundll32.exe.

Rundll32.exe is here: %SystemRoot%\System32\rundll32.exe
Photoviewer DLL is here: %SystemDrive%\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll

I've tried quotes, no quotes and feeding file name with the %2.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try this for Photo Viewer command on Classic Explorer's toolbar:
rundll32.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Windows Photo Viewer\PhotoViewer.dll",ImageView_Fullscreen %2

Note that Rundll32 functions are case sensitive.

For Photo Gallery, it's this:
32-bit systems:
"%ProgramFiles%\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\WLXPhotoGallery.exe" /LaunchPhotoViewer /v "%2"

64-bit systems:
"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Windows Live\Photo Gallery\WLXPhotoGallery.exe" /LaunchPhotoViewer /v "%2"
