Is it possible to set a true flat UI color WIN8 style on WIN7 by way of classic shell?

Classic Shell isn't about skinning the OS. For that, you need UxStyle and the dozens of free community made themes/visual styles at Deviantart.com. Surely, someone must've made a Windows 8 style for Windows 7. |
