This requires applying a custom visual style and is outside the scope of Classic Shell. You can install UxStyle from www.uxstyle.com (it's a software that allows applying 3rd party visual styles (themes) that Microsoft disabled and prevents you from using). Then look on sites like Deviantart.com and others which have visual styles. Visual styles (also more frequently called themes by most people) are specific to each OS, you will have to find a "theme" for your exact Windows version after installing UxStyle.

You can also create/edit visual styles (themes) yourself if you know how using tools like Resource Hacker (free) or the more powerful but third party commercial tool, Windows Style Builder.
