When I first installed CS, CE's toolbar buttons where aligned to the right. ie blank space on the left and then the cut, copy, delete etc buttons all on the right hand side of the toolbar.

I did something, I am not sure quite what but it might have had something to do with dragging the resizer on the left side of the bar, and now the buttons are all aligned to the left followed by a blank space for the rest of the toolbar's length. How can I restore the original alignment?

TIA.

Open any folder like Control Panel (for Windows 8 especially this is important as Control Panel doesn't have the Ribbon). Show the menu bar from Folder Options or by pressing Alt. Right click on the menu bar and unlock the toolbars. Then move the Classic Explorer toolbar to the right along the same row as the menu bar and lock it again. Thereafter for Ribbon-enabled folders, it will stay on the right. Should work for Windows 7 too which doesn't have the Ribbon.
