Hi,

How do I get the power menu to show up on server OS?

I have been trying for a while but can only seem to add the individual buttons and icons dont show up so it looks crap. Is there any way to enable the proper desktop power sub-menu on server?

Thanks in advance. :)

The power sub-menu where it has option to shutdown/restart/log-off etc only show on desktop OS, They dont show on server OS on any of the skins. I have checked the customize menu items and they're there but simply do not show on server 2012 like they do on Win8.

The following menu's do not show on server OS...

Are you directly logged in, or through remote session?

Then you need to enable "Show Shutdown during remote sessions". I think it was in the Special Items tab.

How about enabling that option by default, Ivo? :)

The default matches the behavior of the real classic menu. It was like that for a reason. Like so people can't shut down a server that they don't have physical access to.
